WHIPPED CRÈME FRAÎCHE

Ingredients

makes about 4 cups
  • 1 quart heavy whipping cream

  • 8oz crème fraîche

  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

  • pinch of flaky sea salt 

Method

Using a stand or hand-held mixer, combine all ingredients and whip until peaks begin to form, be careful not to over-whip. Texture should be smooth and cream should stick to back of wooden spoon.
